This is my personal blog and anything I write here in no way reflects the opinion of Cisco Systems, my employer. If it does, it is only by pure coincidence :) Nothing here constitutes investment advice either, so you can't sue me.

    What I hate about SalesForce.com

In general, I like SalesForce.com.  I've tried SugarCRM and a few others, and keep coming back to SalesForce.  They just have the overall best user Salesforce interface, most integration options, and best Outlook integration of anybody out there.

BUT, it's getting WAY too complicated.  We decided to start using it to house online product documentation since we need it secured and our partners and resellers have logins to SalesForce.  I'd love to use a wiki but SalesForce is not that forward-thinking apparently.  Anyway, I began looking for the appropriate place to put it, and I was confronted with this staggering array of choices that all appear to overlap each other in some way:

    Salesforceconfusion

Now I love features as much as the next geek but... would somebody like to volunteer a guess as to which one should be used for product documentation?  I have no clue, I'm still picking through them all and trying to figure out what they all do.  This is a really lame interface SalesForce, time to catch up to 2004 already.
